Lazenby’s Real Estate was established in October 1977 by Jack Lazenby and merged with DCK real estate in 1998. Lazenby’s was a family business with Jack at the helm teaching his daughter Kaye and his son Philip the ropes. Kaye has gone on to spend 30 years selling residential real estate, many of those years as the top residential female sales person in Bendigo. After 14 years in the family business, Philip spent 16 years in banking and finance before moving to the telecommunications industry. Obviously Jack taught his children well and at the young age of 75, after working full time in real estate for 40 years, Jack decided to step down as the Senior Commercial and Industrial Specialist at DCK and settle back into his old comfortable position as Managing Director of Lazenby’s Real Estate.
This time around Lazenby’s will offer its clients an extremely high level of specialist service as this agency will only handle a small number of exclusive listings at any one time. With Jacks experience, this boutique real estate agency has a wealth of specialist Commercial and Industrial real estate knowledge. Jack’s client service is legendary having dealt with some of the same clients for the whole time he has been in the real estate industry.
Jack’s success is based on his professional approach, 40 years of experience and his high degree of expertise. He also has an established long standing and mutually beneficial relationship with his clients that is second to none.
The services Lazenby’s Real Estate provides include:
- The sale of Commercial Real Estate
- The sale of Industrial Real Estate

- Leasing of Industrial Real Estate
(Please note that Lazenby's Real Estate does not handle the ongoing management of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, so you can either do this yourself after Jack has let your property or he can assist you to arrange management)
Over the years Jack has managed to cement relationships with a wide range of clients, including government bodies, superannuation funds, multi-national companies, small to medium sized developers as well as the single holding small investor or owner occupier.
